TRANSPORT & SHIPPING

What are your shipping charges? - We charge £5.95 per order, for orders placed via this website. The cost of £5.95 includes mainland UK only, and excludes the Scottish Highlands and Ireland. (Customer outside of Mainland UK can contact us for transport prices prior to placing an order).

Which shipping methods do you offer? – Orders are shipped using a next day courier (such as Fedex) or alternatively Royal Mail for smaller parcels. Our flat rate fee of £5.95 applies to all orders regardless of size.

How Quickly will I receive my order? - VERY FAST!  We normally use next working day transport companies. We aim to ship all orders within 1 day. You can expect to receive your items within 1 or 2 days. Customer can call use if an item is particularly urgent and we will try our best to despatch the same day!

I am not going to be at home when the item is delivered? – Our transport company will leave a calling card and will attempt delivery the next working day. 

Can you deliver to an alternative address? – Yes. The alternative address can be specified at time of check out.

Do you offer Saturday Deliveries? – Yes. Customers can contact us for prices. We also offer same day delivery if necessary!
